Email colerandall30@gmail.com with the product name and, for purchases, your order number. Do not email customer records, payment-card details, or sensitive business data.

Digital downloads

Our tools are downloadable Excel (.xlsx) workbooks; bundles arrive as ZIP files. They are not a hosted software service. After a successful live purchase, use the download link on your receipt. Open the workbook in Excel, or import a copy into Google Sheets and check formulas and formatting. Work from your own copy and enter only data you are authorized to use.

30-day refund policy

If the tool is not right for you, email colerandall30@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number to request a refund. This is the same money-back period shown on our product pages.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and payment processing. Orders and receipts come through Lemon Squeezy. Paid checkout is awaiting store activation; no launch date is promised.
